Clinch Valley Health participates in The Bee Award (Being Exceptional Every Day) program. The BEE Award recognizes employees who aren’t RNs and LPNs (they can be nominated for The DAISY Award.) A DAISY can’t survive without a BEE and a BEE can’t survive without a DAISY!
Please say thank you by sharing your story of how our employee made a difference you will never forget!
Each BEE Award Honoree will be recognized at a public ceremony in her/his unit and will receive a certificate and gift card as well as placed in a drawing for the annual Employee of the Year Award!
The BEE award is presented throughout the year to honor the extraordinary care provided by those that go above and beyond to make an impact outside their daily duties. The support of other care providers is the foundation upon which a patient’s healthcare team can maintain phenomenal care and advocacy. Just as the Daisy cannot survive without the Bee, the nurses cannot survive without the outstanding teamwork provided by other healthcare professionals.
Nominations can be made by patients or family members, and forms will be placed throughout our facility.
