Clinch Valley Health Team Attends VHHA Workshop

The Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA) hosted an in-person workshop at its offices in Glen Allen, VA, facilitated by Joe Mull, CSP - Speaker, Author, Commitment Consultant. Joe Mull, a featured keynote speaker at the 2024 Virginia Healthcare Workforce Summit, led the workshop on the theme "Becoming a Destination Workplace: What Leaders Must Do to Find and Keep Devoted Employees." The workshop aimed to provide insights and strategies for healthcare leaders to create a workplace that attracts and retains dedicated employees.
